Lise holds both Business and Psychology degrees; she is married to Dave and is a mother of four adult children. Lise was raised by a formidable single mother, attended an all girls’ boarding school and believes that empowering women is essential to the health and social development of families, communities and countries. She remains eternally curious about bridging cultural divides and strongly advocates for mutual respect, open dialogue, the sharing of ideas and skills transfer between women.
She spent the 1st 10 years of her career as a Management Consultant with Accenture and subsequently in the retail sector in Cape Town, South Africa where she was born.
She spent the next 5 years as a trailing spouse living in Paris and Brussels, raising her children and studying towards a degree in Psychology.
In 2009 she moved to Geneva, Switzerland and completed an Executive Coaching Certification as well as her Masters in Counseling Psychology and subsequently joined the Geneva Management Group (GMG) as an Organizational Psychologist.
Since moving to Dubai in 2018 she spends most of her time enjoying her Art Practice as well as playing golf, squash and many hours of backgammon with her husband Dave.
