Dr. Shahnoz Rustamova is a board-certified OB/GYN with over 25 years of experience, and the owner of Central Park Medical Practice and Cosmetics in Manhattan, as well as founder of the non-profit CPMP Angels. Born into a family spanning seven generations of doctors in Samarkand, she earned her medical degree from Samarkand State Medical Institute and completed her residency at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where she was named Resident of the Year and Best Teaching Resident in 2007. She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, affiliated with Mount Sinai Morningside and St. Luke's Roosevelt, and has since founded Your Power of Health, a holistic wellness practice guiding clients through DNA-based medicine and advanced cellular treatments.

Dr. Rustamova specialises in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Vaginal Reconstructive Surgery, Urogynaecology and Reproductive Endocrinology, taking a holistic approach centred on helping women feel healthy and confident. She is deeply committed to philanthropy through her non-profit CPMP Angels, leading humanitarian missions to rural communities in Nepal, India, and Haiti to combat malnutrition and provide basic medical care. Her work has earned her extensive recognition, including being named "Top Doctor" by the American Registry, IAOTP's Humanitarian of the Year, Woman of the Year, Top Non-Profit of the Year and Most Inspirational Member, with a feature on the Reuters Billboard in Times Square. She speaks English, Farsi, Russian, and Uzbek.
